Country Club Lima Hotel, host to Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants

Described by Frommer’s travel guide as “simply the most elegant hotel in Lima,” all eyes in the culinary world were on the Country Club this week as it played host to Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. Built in 1927 in colonial style, the décor features Peruvian colonial art from the Museo Pedro de Osma to adorn the public areas of the hotel as well as the rooms.

Step into the hotel’s Bar Ingles for another centerpiece of this congenial environment: what many hail as the best Pisco Sour in the city.
