We recently had the pleasure of filming Chef Alex Atala, the Diners Club® Lifetime Achievement Award—Latin America 2014 winner, at work in his kitchen.

Atala’s São Paolo restaurant, D.O.M, was ranked third on this year’s list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and seventh on this year’s list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
